This is a beautiful two bedroom Villa located inside Sublime Samana Hotel, part of Small Luxury Hotels.
It has a 300 square foot balcony/terrace and a 600 square foot rooftop deck with a jacuzzi with magnificent ocean, mountain and pool views.
The unit has three full bathrooms, including an indoor jacuzzi in the master one. Also has a full equipped kitchen with Viking appliances.
There are three dining areas: the breakfast bar, an inside square table for 10 and a six person table in the Terrace. There are two modernly decorated seating areas. The Living Room seats 4 and has a flat screen TV, DVD player and sound system. The Terrace seats 8 and has a charcoal BBQ. The roof top deck has a large Weber gas grill, two sun beds, and a complete seating area, perfect for barbecuing, private sunbathing and late night entertaining.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, walking closet, bathroom and a balcony with two flying chairs. The second bedroom has two queen beds, flat screen TV, DVD player, bathroom and balcony. The unit is full air conditioned. Housekeeper included daily.

Summary: Las Terrenas was totally worth it. The property is fantastically located on a beautiful beach of COSON. The unit was as advertised but we did have some maintenance issues that were not resolved (blackouts in room 2 did not work, coffee maker was not functional). One low point to report was the food quality at hotel property for New Year's gala - might be one of the most overpriced, worst meals I've ever had. Alberto was attentive and responsive to our needs otherwise. TONS and TONS of things to do around the area - 1 week was not nearly enough.
